The following policy and information is related to Window Film ordered for DIY fitting.

FREE Express next day delivery. Orders must be placed before 3pm for next day delivery. Orders placed after 3pm will be delivered in two working days.

Deliveries are Monday to Friday excluding bank holidays and to the mainland UK only (excluding the Scottish Highlands). For example, orders placed before 3pm on a Friday will be delivered on the Monday or the next working day after a bank holiday.

A FREE application card squeegee will be provided with every delivery.

Returns Policy

Our window films come with a 14 day money back guarantee. If you change your mind simply notify us in writing to WF Glazing Protection Ltd, NBV Enterprise Centre, David Lane, Nottingham, NG6 0JU or by email to info@wfprotection.co.uk within 14 calendar days of placing your order. Once you have returned the goods in their original condition, securely sealed in their original packaging with all documentation to the us at the same address you will receive a full refund with no penalties or restocking charges.

All of our films are quality checked for defects when they are slit from the master roll and before packaging to ensure your order will arrive in the correct condition. Therefore, we will not accept returns after the film has been removed from its packaging and unrolled or when installation has been attempted.

Returning Defective Material

If your goods are damaged upon delivery do not attempt to install the film. We are unable to replace damaged goods if you have tried to fit them. Notify us in writing to WF Glazing Protection Ltd, NBV Enterprise Centre, David Lane, Nottingham, NG6 0JU or by email to info@wfprotection.co.uk or by phone on 0345 3374751 within 14 calendar days of receiving your order. Once you have returned the goods sealed in their original packaging with all documentation to us at the same address and we have confirmed that the materials are defective you will be sent an immediate replacement or offered a full refund.
