The architects for the new YMCA building in Derby were looking for ways to create a unique appearance to the windows and create a strong identity for the premises. Hexis C4000 Transparent Plus coloured vinyl window film was chosen for its distinct colours and optical clarity. The project was completed on behalf of Strata Construction Limited on time and within budget.

Solar Control, Blockout and Temporary Privacy Bowmer & Kirkland Ltd approached WF Glazing Protection Ltd to award the contract for window film application on the construction of the new TESCO Extra store in Beeston, Nottingham. 3M Prestige70 clear solar control film was applied to 153sqm of curtain wall glazing in the Retail Area to reduce solar gain, 130sqm of Hexis grey blockout vinyl was used to obscure internal partitioning walls and ceilings, 76sqm of TempScreen provided temporary privacy for continuing construction work in the Retail Units, and 111sqm of 3M External Silver15 was installed to provide glare reduction in the Main Store. All works were completed within 2 weeks of store opening, on time, within budget and using approved, safe access equipment in accordance with the main contractor's terms and conditions.

As a 3M Approved Applicator we were invited to install Scotchcal 50 Series vinyl and Frosted Crystal window graphics to the new 3M Automotive Refinish Centre in Atherstone, Warwickshire.

Satin High Density frosted privacy window film was installed at the Holiday Inn Express in Nottingham to hide the lift shaft from public view whilst maintaining a modern appearance.

South Leicestershire College in Wigston, Leicester required a window graphic film to provide provide for clients of the hair salon training centre with privacy from passing students in the corridors. A decorative film from supplier Reflectiv in France was chosen for its modern, unique appearance whilst maintaining high levels of light.

The Catmose Swimming Pool in Oakham had an issue with distracting glare from the sun and solar heat gain creating a very uncomfortable environment for both users and staff alike. On behalf of Rutland County Council, 261sqm of Titan Dual15 solar control window film was installed to the perimeter double glazed units reducing glare by 85% and solar energy by 70%. Titan15 is a dual reflective window film with a 12 year warranty against bubbling and peeling. It's internal reflectivity is over half that of the external face providing good visibility when compared to standard reflective film. The project was successfully co-ordinated with the County Council during a planned week of closure for maintenance and was installed on time and within budget.

Our client was concerned that their new clear glass reception counter was susceptible to scratches. At the same time they wanted to utilise the space for a window graphic. To provide a solution we installed an optically clear polyester anti-graffiti window film to the top of the counter. This was digitally printed with their logo to improve brand recognition in their reception area and create this distinctive coloured glass effect. Another optically clear scratch resistant film layer was then applied over the top to protect the printed graphic.

3M Safety Window Film helps to provide protection against the injuries usually suffered by broken glass fragments. Strong adhesive secures the glass together, significantly reducing the likelihood of severe injuries. 3M Safety S70 was the film chosen for the UK's newest Velodrome, installed by 3M approved dealer WF Glazing Protection Ltd. Director Brian Wong carried out the installation at the new world class venue. 3M Safety S70 is designed to withstand blasts and explosions, with the product going through rigorous testing by independent parties. We installed to approximately 131sqm of internal glazing at the venue. In addition, we used 3M Haze acid-etch effect vinyl for the health and safety manifestation markings on approximately 400m of perimeter glazing.  Cambridge-based glazing contractor Architectural Glazed Facades Ltd installed the windows at the country's newest cycling venue.

This new Dance Studio in Milton Keynes required a privacy window film to protect the modesty of its clients but also utilised a window graphic to help to promote the business.

This new clothes shop in West Bridgford, Nottingham required the old UV protection window film from the previous tenant removing and a new sun protection solution installing. 3M Prestige70 solar control film was chosen for its visible clarity, 99.9% UV rejection and 97% Infra-Red Heat reduction - two of the main causes of fading.
